Dear Blog,

Once upon a time, you were filled with many blog posts about many interesting, different things.  You could always count on me to write something fun for you and post it in a timely manner.  Things were going great…

… and then, summer break started. 

Suddenly, there are two miniature people who demand more of my attention than I remember them ever demanding before.  And they have a whole long list of crazy needs and concerns that have to be taken care of rightthisveryminute.

So, I’ve neglected you, blog.

And I wish I could say that it’s going to get better.  But I just don’t know.  We’ve only got sixteen days until we leave for our vacation, and I wonder if I’m going to survive sixteen days of, “Mommy, Mommy, Mommy, Mommy, Mommy, Mommy, Mommy, Mommy…”  Surviving will be a feat in and of itself, and surviving while maintaining things like blogging?  Ha!  Not likely.

But I’ll try my best.
