Running Schedule

We’ve had people ask us recently how our running is going.  And it’s been pretty boring the majority of the summer, sticking to the same schedule week after week… 3 miles, 5 miles, 3 miles, 5 miles, 10 miles.  Week after week after week, all summer long. 

But that’s all about to change.  Yes, we’ll actually have to think when we go out to run because our mileage is finally changing!  We’re getting ready to officially start training for January’s Dopey Challenge, which means more stinky running laundry…

Eww.

And it also means a schedule.  There are few things I love more in life than a good schedule, telling me what to do and when to do it.  I’m just Type A enough to need it, y’all.
