But when you’re eight years old, some mysteries are just too big to solve all on your own. As the summer ends and a new school year begins, Faith encounters one mystery after another as life changes unexpectedly for her and her family.
With the help of her sister, Gracie, she works on solving every last mystery and learns along the way that even if she can’t always know what’s up ahead, she can always trust that Jesus knows what He’s doing.
Remember the NaNoWriMo novel that wasn’t? Well, it was and is, and after a hard week of transitioning from exciting Disney Thanksgiving living to structured elementary school normalcy, we thought the girls could use a fun surprise. So, instead of waiting for Christmas, we gave them their copies of A Little Faith earlier this week… and they LOVED the story. So much so that Ana is demanding to know what happens next to Faith and Gracie. (Yeah, I’ve already got some ideas.)
The girls have also given the green light for their book to be published to Amazon so that other girls their ages (and maybe some girls much older than that) can enjoy the story as well. The book is now available on Amazon in both Kindle format and paperback. (Though I will caution you — if you haven’t yet read Best Day Ever or Ready or Not but intend to, you might want to hold off on this one as it will spill some secrets you might not want spilled. Tell your daughters to tell you NOTHING about the Thibideaux sisters!)
Hope you all are having a great start to the holiday season. Thank you for reading!
